Position Summary

ERF Fashion is recruiting a Menswear Designer to support our Contemporary Apparel fashion operations in Baltimore, Maryland, United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day fashion, apparel, retail, design, production, merchandising, or brand activities.
  • Maintain high standards for product quality, presentation, accuracy, timelines, and customer experience.
  • Collaborate with designers, production teams, buyers, merchandisers, suppliers, stores, or marketing teams as required.
  • Assist with assigned projects, records, samples, inventory, fittings, campaigns, or production workflows.
  • Follow company procedures, fashion-industry standards, safety requirements, and brand guidelines.

Requirements

  • Relevant education, training, certification, or practical experience in fashion, apparel, retail, textiles, design, or a related field.
  • Good communication, organization, teamwork, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively in a professional fashion environment.
  • Comfortable using appropriate fashion, retail, production, merchandising, or digital tools for the position.
