Route Planner - MMCA00847

Metromax is recruiting a Route Planner for its courier and logistics operations in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support safe, accurate and timely courier, delivery, dispatch, warehouse and logistics operations.
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with customers, drivers and team members.
  • Follow company safety, service-quality and operating procedures.
  • Support routing, shipment tracking, parcel handling and delivery coordination as required.

Requirements

  • Strong communication, organization, teamwork and time-management skills.
  • 1 year of relevant courier, logistics, delivery, dispatch or warehouse experience preferred.
  • Reliable and able to work effectively in a fast-paced logistics environment.
