Courier Operations Coordinator - MMB001

Metromax is recruiting a Courier Operations Coordinator for its courier and logistics operations in Brampton, Ontario, Canada.

Key Responsibilities

Support safe, accurate, and timely courier, delivery, warehouse, or shipment operations.
Maintain clear operational records and communicate effectively with customers, drivers, and team members.
Follow workplace safety, service-quality, and company operating procedures.
Assist with dispatch, tracking, routing, parcel handling, or distribution duties relevant to the role.

Requirements

Strong communication, organization, teamwork, and time-management skills.
At least 2 years of relevant courier, logistics, delivery, warehouse, or transportation experience preferred.
Reliable and able to work effectively in a fast-paced logistics environment.
