Position Summary

Williams F Arthur is seeking a qualified and dependable Engineer for operations in Jacksonville, Florida, United States. The successful candidate will contribute to safe, efficient, and professional daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform assigned engineer duties safely, accurately, and professionally.
  • Complete daily tasks on schedule and maintain clear operational or administrative records.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, clients, passengers, customers, or crew members as applicable.
  • Follow company procedures, workplace safety requirements, confidentiality rules, and quality standards.
  • Report equipment defects, service issues, hazards, or other problems promptly and support team objectives.

Requirements

  • Marine Engineering / Technical Diploma or an equivalent combination of training, certification, and relevant experience.
  • At least 2 years of related practical experience preferred.
  • Reliable, punctual, safety-conscious, and able to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Practical knowledge of Marine Engineering, Engine Maintenance, Troubleshooting.
