Parcel Operations Associate - MMFINAL002

Metromax is recruiting a Parcel Operations Associate for its courier and logistics operations in Brampton, Ontario, Canada.

Key Responsibilities

Support safe, accurate and timely courier, parcel, dispatch and logistics operations.
Maintain accurate operational records and communicate effectively with customers, drivers and team members.
Follow company safety, service-quality and operating procedures.
Support routing, shipment tracking, parcel handling and delivery coordination as required.

Requirements

Strong communication, organization, teamwork and time-management skills.
1 year of relevant logistics, courier, warehouse, dispatch or delivery experience preferred.
Reliable and able to work effectively in a fast-paced logistics environment.
